Office suites
The suites have been designed with the emphasis on spacious accommodation. High open ceilings are found in most of the larger suites, with subtle paint finishing. Ash wood complements the suites with dado rail style power point, telephony and data point distribution.
All suites have natural daylight from external windows with most larger offices having additional multiple Velux roof lights.
Suite floors have added insulation which is overlaid in stylish carpeting, providing a warm and comfortable workspace.
Each suite comes with comfort heating and cooling providing full environmental climate control.
Main entrance security is further backed up with keypad access to suite areas, with individual door locks at each suite.
The Centre then adds CCTV monitoring for that extra security.
